As long as you are not on Medicare or Medicaid- We will be happy to supply you with a superbill that you can send in, along with a medical claims form to your insurance. 
Every insurance is different so check with them to verify your coverage. 

TNCARE PATIENTS- we are more than happy to care for you, but we are not able to send referrals to other providers. TNCARE will not pay for any prescriptions sent from a NON TNCARE provider.
