INSURANCE

We have chosen not to enroll with insurances in order to be able to care for you with extended appointment times and care that as a team (patient and provider) we see to fit with the patient the best! We try to keep costs low and fair. We want you to get the care you deserve.

We will be happy to print a superbill that may be submitted to most insurance companies. Medicare, secondary insurance for Medicare, and Medicaid are not able to submit claims.  Labs, specialist, and radiology can be submitted through insurance. 

Always call your insurance company to inquire about out of network providers and reimbursement.
