Program Description

Back to Basics Family Practice offers SMS text messaging to provide appointment reminders, health tips, practice updates, and important notifications to our patients. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from our practice at the mobile number you provided.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Back to Basics Family Practice. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

You may opt in by texting a keyword to our number, completing a form on our website, or providing written consent at our office.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and may include up to 4 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent during urgent situations or practice closures.
