Back to Basics Family Practice operates on a cash-pay, out-of-network model with transparent per-visit pricing. There is no membership and no monthly or annual fee. We do not bill insurance companies for our services. Patients pay directly for each visit at the time of service.

Our per-visit pricing covers the primary care services we provide and does not include specialist care, hospitalizations, emergency care, or other services outside the scope of primary care. Patients are responsible for maintaining appropriate health insurance or alternative coverage for services we do not provide.

5. No Insurance Billing

We do not bill insurance companies for our services. For patients with eligible insurance coverage, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement at your discretion. We do not guarantee that any insurance company will provide reimbursement.

6. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance
